Who we are
This website is operated by Income Navigators LLC, doing business as Operating Data Advisors ("we", "us"), 30 Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact us about privacy at hello@operatingdataadvisors.com.
What we collect
- Qualifier answers: your industry, staff count, country, the systems you use, years of records, and whether you have talked to a data buyer.
- Contact details you choose to give: name, company, work email and phone number.
- Consent records: if you agree to calls or texts, the exact wording you agreed to, its version, the time, your IP address and browser type.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser type when you submit a form, used for security and spam prevention.
- Referral information: if a partner or campaign link brought you here, the referral code and campaign tags. Your browser stores these for 90 days so the right partner is credited.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or data brokers. We never receive your company's email, documents or other business records; those go only between your company and a data buyer under your own agreement.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and decide, with you, whether a data buyer may be a fit.
- To call or text you, only if you gave consent, and to email you about your inquiry.
- To introduce you to a data buyer, only after you tell us you want to go ahead.
- To credit and pay referral partners.
- To protect our sites from spam, fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Data buyers: only the business you approve, only after you say yes, and only what is needed to start the conversation.
- Referral partners: if a partner introduced you, we may tell them the status of your inquiry (for example, that a call was booked or a deal closed).
- Service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting, database and spam checks) and an email delivery service for our internal notifications. They process data only to provide their services to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
- If you did not consent to calls or texts, your IP address and browser details are deleted after 30 days.
- Inquiries that do not lead to further contact are deleted after two years.
- If we work together, we keep records as long as needed for that work, for paying referral fees, and to meet legal obligations, including keeping proof of consent.
How we protect it
Information is stored in an encrypted database. There is no public login or web page that lists inquiries. Access is limited to our team using accounts protected by two-factor sign-in. Our notification emails do not include your name, email or phone number. No method is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the authorities as required by law if a breach affects your information.
Your choices and rights
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@operatingdataadvisors.com. We will respond within 30 days.
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Ask us anytime to stop calls or emails.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, Canada, the UK or Australia), you may have additional rights, such as to know what we hold, to object to certain uses, or to complain to a regulator. We honor those rights.
Children
Our sites are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
