Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Income Navigators LLC, doing business as Operating Data Advisors ("we", "us"), 30 Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801. By using this website or our service, you agree to them.

What we do

We help businesses understand AI data licensing, check whether they may qualify, and, if they choose, introduce them to a data buyer. We are a referral service. We are not a data buyer, a law firm, an accountant or a financial adviser, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, privacy or financial advice.

How we are paid

Data buyers may pay us a referral fee if a deal closes. You pay us nothing, and our fee is not deducted from what a buyer pays you. A referral partner who introduced you may receive part of our fee. See How we get paid.

No promises about outcomes

Qualifier results are estimates based on the answers you give. Whether a buyer makes an offer, the amount, the terms and the timing are decided by the buyer, not by us. We do not guarantee any offer, payment or result. Any agreement to license data is between your company and the buyer. Have your own lawyer review it before signing.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information, and only information you are allowed to share.
  • Decide for yourself, with your own advisers, whether your contracts, professional rules and the law allow you to license any records.
  • Do not misuse the site: no spam, automated scraping of forms, attempts to break security, or false submissions.

Guides and pages are general information, current as of the date shown, and may change. The site's text, design and marks belong to us. You may share links and short quotes with credit.

Limits on our liability

The site and our service are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision you or a buyer make. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
